No Commercial Resale
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale, wholesale, or export. Mad Skin Co reserves the right to refuse orders, terminate memberships, or pursue legal remedies against any party found to be reselling or commercially exploiting products purchased from Mad Skin Co.
Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in online stores operated by third parties. We may, from time to time, offer promotions that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through Mad Skin Co. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card issuer for a valid order placed through Mad Skin Co constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Mad Skin Co reserves the right to: (a) provide all relevant order documentation to your card issuer to contest the chargeback; (b) immediately terminate your membership and access to the community; (c) ban you from placing future orders; and (d) pursue collection of any disputed amounts plus reasonable costs.
