REFUND POLICY



Orders and All Sales Final


When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mad Skin Co reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Mad Skin Co confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Mad Skin Co may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is placed.


In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES THROUGH MAD SKIN CO ARE FINAL AT THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • No returns will be accepted.

  • No exchanges will be offered.

  • No cancellations will be permitted once an order is placed.

  • No substitutions will be made.


Please note that all issues will always be reviewed on case by case basis.


This policy applies to every product sold through Mad Skin Co, regardless of channel (ready stock, group buys, preorders, members-only drops, or any other format). Reasons that do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or accommodation include but are not limited to: change of mind, delivery delays, packaging variations, scent or texture preferences, allergic reactions, ingredient sensitivities, dissatisfaction with results, perceived value, or any other personal or subjective reason.


Because all sales are final, you are responsible for reviewing the full product description, ingredient list, stated delivery timeline, and any other relevant information BEFORE placing an order. If you have questions about a product, ask before you check out. After you order, the sale is final.
